We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The location was perfect, nestled in a calm and peaceful area just outside of all the traffic. It was only a 10-minute drive to grocery stores, shopping, and Disney World. The cleanliness of the villa was impeccable, and we felt right at home with the comfortable and cozy three bedrooms. The living room provided the perfect space for our family to come together and relax. We also appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The hotel facilities were great, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool and comfortable during our stay.
Everything is what we need and want.

the home was bautiful and accomodating for my entire family. there were twelve of us in a four bedroom, 2 bath, and sofa bed. all the adults and children slept well.
informing renters about the rules and regulations of various developments. knowing that renters need to keep paperwork on them at all times especially when using the facilities in certain developments (Indian Point,to be more precise). it is a little insulting and in some instances embarassing to be denied access to the playground, pool, and or tennis courts until you provide proof to peolpe who live in the development not knowing who they are or their status in that community.

area where the house was located, close to everything.. willingness of the staff to track a package that had been delivered to offices and speed with which they dealt with queries.
They changed telecommunication providers and sent technicians to do the work without consulting us about our compliance and at a time when we were not at home. What a surprise when I arrived, finding the door open and someone inside the house. According to the technician who was inside the house, he went to MM's office and someone took him to the house and opened the door with the access code. It is understandable that the Administration makes changes in their providers, but they should at least inform guests about the arrival of intruders where one is staying. A communication ticket like the one they left on the table is not enough!

the villa in Kissimmee exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal, close to Disney World and plenty of dining and shopping options. The spacious apartment provided a comfortable and home-like setting, perfect for a romantic date. Only downside: communication from the management team.
Lack of communication.

After staying in your villas I will always try to find a way to stay in your properties as opposed to a hotel! Very spacious and our family was very comfortable!

We stayed at Magical Memories Villas for a week and had a fantastic time. The villa was spacious with two full bathrooms, perfect for our family. It was also very quiet and pet-friendly, which was important to us. The location was great, with a short distance to Disney. We loved the size of the villa and will definitely choose to stay here again.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Location
Not worth the money!!! They are charging $80-100 cleaning fee which they were not earlier. And the house was not cleaned at all. This is my third and last stay at Magic Memories Villas

We stayed in an apartment on the upper floor, the lady downstairs was very rude to us. My son was the only child in the group, he is not a very active child but she kept complaining that he was jumping too much. The lady claimed he started jumping from as early as 5am when he was asleep. She made several visits to the villa, went so far as to threaten to call the police. We went to complain to the front desk at magical memories they admitted that she harrassed all their guest that occupy that particual villa but they made no attempt to move us. They said we would have to pay a relocation fee if we moved. T

The value for the money was fantastic – it felt like we had rented a fully equipped apartment with great amenities. The room was clean and spacious, and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool. The location was convenient, close to theme parks, shopping, restaurants, and more. The staff treated us well and we felt secure during our stay.
The breakfast option could have been better with some more variety.

The place was very nice and clean. The grandchildren loved it and the cost made it easier for us to take them to the parks. In all it was a great deal. Will use them again if I bring the grands on vacation again

We liked the comfort of the home. It was very well equipped & we felt like at home. The pool was a good size, just didnt like the fact that pool wasnt heated. When I asked they said it was $35 a day with a minimum of 5 days.
Everything was great.
